The Fiscal Services Department, with an annual budget of $2.9 million, houses eight centralized
business functions that support the district's daily instructional and non-instructional activities.
These functions include payroll, accounting, inventory control, budget, position control, student
attendance accounting, mandated costs, debt management, and training of site and department
personnel in these areas.
