Grant Finding & Grant Writing Workshops If you want to find out how you can secure additional money for your school, attend one of the Grants Office's Grant Writing Institutes. Institutes are conducted over multiple days and are designed to give participants information about how to find out about current funding opportunities and how to write successful grant applications. Institutes are open to anyone involved with school-based programs - teachers, librarians, counselors, social workers, parents, community-based organizations, program managers, students, etc. Participants are guided step by step through the grant writing process. Our goal is that by the end of each institute, participants will have completed a grant application. As a result of this activity, participants will also gain valuable tools that will assist them in seeking funding opportunities and writing successful grant applications Due to limited space, RSVPs are required. If you want to take advantage of one these opportunities, contact the FUSD Grants Office by phone (457-3186) or e-mail. Workshops in planning stage.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a group of people who would like to participate in a grant writing institute the Grants Office can schedule a special workshop to meet your needs. We can also conduct workshops at your school site. |
