What are the Title I "At-Risk" Services in Fresno Unified for Homeless Children under Project ACCESS?
Federal Title I funds to serve homeless students attending non-Title I funded schools as well as those attending Title I schools: 
- Homework supplies
- Case Management
- Home visits
- Referrals for shelter, food and clothing
Federal Title I services to community agencies as appropriate:
- School based case management for runaways
- Parent training in shelters
- Coordination with shelters and community service providers
- Children's lending libraries in shelters to promote literacy
