Student Records Request
All requests must be made in writing and mailed to:

Fresno, California 93721
When coming in person to pick up school records, office hours for the counter are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, bring a picture ID for identification. When mailing in your request for school records please include the following information:
- Name you used while attending Fresno Unified School.
- Your date of birth.
- Name of the last Fresno Unified School you attended.
- Your Phone Number.
- Address where to mail your records.
- The fee is $4.00 cash or money order (made out to Student Records) for high school transcript, $6.00 for elementary, middle and high school records ($2.00 for each additional record requested at the same time) CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Indicate if your transcript is to be official (sealed for colleges/employers) or unofficial (for personal use).
- Graduation Statements are available and used when the diploma has been destroyed, etc., the cost is $4.00. PERSONAL CHECKS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Your signature is required on your mailed in request.
