Club Officers:
President:
The president of the Math Club is responsible for conducting all meetings of the club and will represent the club in all associated meetings. All activities must be cleared with the club sponsors before any action can be taken. The president must conduct himself/herself at all times in a manner that reflects good citizenship.
Vice President:
The vice-president is responsible for assisting the president in the discharge of the duties and responsibilities of the office of president. The vice-president will perform the duties as president should the existing president be absent.
Treasurer:
The treasurer of the Math Club is responsible for keeping financial records and coordinating fundraising ventures.
Secretary:
The secretary of the Math Club is responsible for keeping records of meetings and activities attended by the club.
Historian:
The historian of Math Club is responsible for taking pictures of the members of the club.
Activity Director:
The activity director of the Math Club is responsible for the food served at the club's parties, transportation, preparation, and announcement of upcoming Math Club activities.
