| About the School |
Bullard High School, founded in 1955, is a comprehensive high school serving 2,600 students in grades nine through twelve. It is one of eight comprehensive high schools located in Fresno Unified School District, California's fourth largest school district. Bullard is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The school is located in northwest Fresno, a city with an approximate population of 600,000. Fresno City College, California State University, Fresno, Fresno Pacific University, and University of California, Merced are located nearby. School success is supported by such innovative offerings as the Law Magnet, Link Crew, a peer tutoring program, Center for Advanced Research and Technology (CART), and access to course offerings at both Fresno City College and California State University, Fresno. We offer a comprehensive Division I interscholastic athletics program with 22 varsity-level sports, and over 75 extra curricular student clubs. The faculty consists of 103 certified teachers, 5 administrators, 7 counselors, and 9 support staff. |
