Main Screen - Grades and Attendance

Click on one of the icons below to jump to a detailed description. Balance and My Calendars are not used at this time.

Attendance: The last two weeks attendance is shown in the 2 nd and 3 rd columns from the left. Gray areas indicate no-school days. Blank cells mean the student was present.

Email a Teacher: Click on a teacher name to send email to that teacher. NOTE: Not all teachers have or use their email account. Contact the school directly if you do not receive a response from the teacher.

Grades: Final and current grades are shown to the right of the class. Click on a blue percent or letter grade to see a listing of the individual assignments and scores that make up the grade. Note: A “P” column, such as P2, is the grade at the time of the progress report (Middle School only).

Total Attendance: The rightmost two columns show total absences and tardies for the current school term. Click on a blue number to see the dates of that attendance.

Grades History

This screen will load a connection to historical grades, attendance and test scores on the FUSD Assessment Information System (AiS). Click the button.

Attendance History

The complete attendance record shows all absences for the current term.

  1. Date Heading: The dates listed at the top of each column represent the week’s date range with columns below for the individual days (MTWHF). Blank cells indicate the student was recorded as being present. Dashes (-) or dots (.) mean that the class did not meet that day.
  2. Attendance Codes: Letters in the cells represent a tardy or absent code. See the bottom of the screen for the attendance code key.
