Call the Help Desk Technology Services provides an effective means to answer questions and to resolve technical issues by funneling all issues through a central point of contact: 457-2600. This enables effective communication and the ability to document all actions taken. This process allows a means of tracing and providing real-time status of each activity and to generate reports on overall customer service. Technology Services provides assistance with district supported software applications, peripherals, login identification, passwords, hardware repair, and general information regarding technical support. How to Change your Password? This document describes how to change your password in GroupWise, Imail and your Novell Login. Technology Survey Start Page The California School Technology Survey (annually completed by all schools ) and the CTAP2 Technology Assessment Profile (individual survey required by grant programs) are available now. Accelerated Reader The site is designed to assist school sites when using or getting ready to use Accelerated Reader. District Information System (DIS) Technology Services has developed a new system to report district information similar to DIG. Features include sorting data by clicking on the column headers, limiting displays based on pull down options, drilling down to more detail and saving data to Excel or Word 2000. The system requires a login and uses mainframe security for verification. The District Information System is available on the intranet at info.fresno.k12.ca.us. How to Get Internet (Imail) or GroupWise Intranet Email Access: FUSD employees can follow these steps to get email access.
