2006 Technology Survey Completion Status

There are two technology surveys for schools. The first one below must be completed by every school; the second one is for individuals at schools with participants in one of the Grants listed in the "Requirements" Table.

1. California School Technology Survey- Completed by all schools online, usually the principal or designee.

December 15, 2005 Principals Letter Excerpt

    "The window for completing the 2006 California School Technology Survey is January 4, 2006, through March 17, 2006.

    'The last day to complete the 2006 California School Technology Survey is Friday, March 17, 2006.

    Failure to complete the School Technology Survey on time by applicants and recipients of the mentioned grants may put grant eligibility and grant funding at risk."

2. EdTech Profile (formerly CTAP2 Technology Assessment Profile)- individual surveys required by the grant programs listed below.
    • ctap2.iassessment.org
    • Completion of individual assessments as required by current grant programs.
    • Excellent source of data for site planning

Only teachers who have participated in the following FUSD Professional Development: PowerSchool, ePALS, School Technology Lead Teachers, Accelerated Reader, Microsoft Office, GroupWise, SmartBoards. All complete the Technology Assessment Profile only. 1/1/05 - 6/30/06
